My personal fitness training services are focused on the long-term, overall health and wellbeing of your body. The methods we’ll practice together are safe, sustainable, and highly effective. 

STrictly calisthenics

(Bodyweight Training) The fundamentals of calisthenics program is appropriate for all ability levels, from complete beginner to experienced lifter. Build your foundation so you can move through your fitness journey with the proper tools to prevent injury, gain strength and learn more complex movements. You will be training four basic movements and their progressions until you meet the requirements to move on to the next level of training. 

 

WEIGHT training

This program will focus on lifting technique for traditional lifts and some old school strongman lifts to build muscle and gain strength/power. Learn the proper technique for exercises like the back/front squat, deadlift and bench press. Learn how to use dumbbells and kettlebells instead of machines in the gym. If you’re interested in gaining muscle, this program is for you, though you don’t have to get huge to become a lot stronger. We will train specifically for your goals. Develop the skills to train in the gym on your own once you feel comfortable.

HYBRID TRAINING

If you’re interested in losing weight, getting toned, and working to specifically improve your cardio, this program is for you. We will be taking elements from different forms of training to develop a high intensity program that will push you in a safe way to elevate your fitness level.

I provide in-home training to addresses within 10 miles of Rockford city limits. If you live further than that, please send me a direct message and I’ll see if I can work it out with an additional travel charge. 

Classes of 3-5 participants are available. That is the maximum number that I can guide safely. Classes are $20 per person. 

That depends entirely on your effort and your genetics. I can give you the best possible chance at meeting a goal like this, but I don’t guarantee it. The most important thing is that we’re being realistic and consistent. You will get there, but there’s a chance that it will take longer than you originally hoped.
